I recently really disappointed with my old insurance and looking for a change which was a big change for me as I have auto, homeowner, and motorcycle insurance. I did an online quote with State farm and then, I didn't follow through( the fear of switching). Anyways, I got a follow up phone call from Nicole two days later, extremely happy with what we discussed on the phone but still, I was hesitate to switch.... Anyways, she gave me a week before she follows up again(unlike some other companies would call three times a day, I am like really?). So at the end, Nicole was nice enough to accommodate my schedule to meet me on Friday which was her days off. I thought this appointment was going to be quick because it was her day off, but she spent two hours with me and explained everything I needed to know. I almost feel like I should start working in insurance now!!! Super thankful that I have met someone with this level of patience and dedication for her customers.
